The project division establishes automation projects by clients' request. The division contains our most senior and experienced engineers who specialize in robotic systems, automation & control and will be able to provide the best solution for your demands.

Servi-Tech's project division is one of the richest in its knowledge and capabilities. A crew with more then 20 years of experience will develop any automatic system, device or machine, including devices and accessories for the plastic industries (IML/assembling), device checking, machines and even full industrial lines.

Important to mention that the engineering division provides a full sketching case - both to the client and the project crew, made by a market accepted software. The division takes into consideration height measurements, physics, programming and production steps planning. In addition, the mechanics division and the automation & control division works in a full interaction with the project division, so they can ease up the project establishment.

Motion & Control - Servi-tech is using Baumuller's, Estun's & Dorna's equipment in the field of motion & control which is one of the critical ingredients in the automation projects. The crew is built of professional programmers with a large experience in programming of drivers & motors and have an advanced training certificates from those companies.
Robots & Automation - Servi-Tech has the skills and years of experience in automation projects combining robot & vision systems, as a matter of fact Servi-Tech has made a large verity of projects to clients in Israel & Europe. Servi-Tech holds a large verity of applications by using the world’s leading companies in the world, in the field of automation and robotics. Kawasaki Robots is the world leading 6 axes robot manufacturer which holds the best application verities for 2D & 3D vision systems for assembling, palletizing, welding, painting and QC purposes, and Toshiba which is a world leader in SCARA robots.

Bottle conveying and packaging

Fully automated array to convey and pack layers of bottles after blowing machine. The system includes 25 meters of an air-conveyor made by Zecchetti, Italy, a robot with 150 kg payload made by Kawasaki, Japan, chain conveyors and pushers, also included are anti-static systems & power systems. The robot is equipped with massive custom made gripper, which lets the robot a possibility to pick different types of bottle layers. This system is supported by an application coded by Servi-Tech.

A complete line with box unpacking device (unpacking from pallet), pallet magazine (in order to arrange the empty pallets in groups for pick-up), box de-stacker (releasing boxes one by one onto the conveyor), box opener, washing machine, cleanliness controller system (using the latest vision system), box closer, box sorting conveyor system, box type sorting conveyor system and box packing back on empty pallets.
